1) The service is informational only

Voyadecir provides translation and document-understanding outputs that may contain errors. You must verify outputs against original sources. Do not rely on Voyadecir for legal, medical, financial, immigration, academic, or official decisions without appropriate professional review.

2) Prohibited content

You must not upload or submit PHI, FERPA-covered education records, or other regulated sensitive data. You must not use Voyadecir to break laws, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, or submit malware or abusive content.

3) Your responsibility

You are responsible for your content, your use of the service, and the decisions you make based on outputs. You accept that online services can fail, OCR can misread text, and translations can be imperfect.

4) No warranties

Voyadecir is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyadecir and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use Voyadecir in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD if you paid nothing, whichever is greater, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voyadecir and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you are misusing it or violating these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
